Sonoran Energy Systems designs and installs residential solar and battery storage systems, including Tesla Powerwall, for homeowners in Southern Arizona. Any proposal issued is an estimate based on preliminary information and is subject to a formal site assessment and signed agreement.
Our services are intended for homeowners aged 18 or older located within our service area. Renters, non-owners, and commercial requests may not qualify.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt operation, scrape content at scale, or misuse forms to submit false information.
All savings, payback, and production estimates presented on the Site or in initial materials are illustrative and depend on your specific home, utility rates (APS, TEP, Trico, SSVEC), roof conditions, shading, and equipment selection. Actual results will vary. Final numbers are confirmed in a written proposal following a site visit.
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, photography, and design — is the property of Sonoran Energy Systems LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
References to Tesla, Powerwall, and other manufacturers are for informational purposes. Sonoran Energy Systems is an independent installer and is not affiliated with those brands beyond certified installation programs. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Manufacturer warranties on installed equipment are governed by their respective terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sonoran Energy Systems LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any information provided prior to a signed agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
